Victoria Carmona is an experienced digital communications specialist proficient in reputation management, with a strong focus on corporate image campaigns, strategic planning and media relations, spanning over 12 years of experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors.

At the beginning of her career, Victoria served as the lead digital strategist for two presidential campaigns, one congressional campaign, and two municipal campaigns in Venezuela. Subsequently, she was Communications Director for the largest municipality in the country. More recently, Victoria assumed the role of Communications Director for Próspera, an international startup city based in Honduras. Before joining Balsera, she spearheaded communications for a tech startup out of Florida. Victoria holds an undergraduate degree from New York University (NYU) and a Master’s degree from Uppsala University in Sweden.
